		<description>The difficulties of getting into the U.S. are world-wide, particularly if you&#039;re from a non-European nation, e.g. Mexico, etc.  

Fears of illegal immigration exist everywhere where there&#039;s a significant imbalance in the standard of living between the two countries, i.e. the richer country makes it more difficult for the poorer countries&#039; people to visit.  I&#039;d be interested to know if anyone knows of a situation where that is not true.   Israel perhaps?</description>
