<description>Hi Toffler, I like your website. You are a good writer, and your comments are frank and from the heart. It sounds like you are having a wide range of experiences. Life here in Chandler is a bit tamer but very positive. We are still enjoying the cool summer mornings, and I have been working in the yard trimming plants. As you probably heard, the Valley had a lot of frost damage, so I am still trimming dead branches here and there. All our plants survived, thankfully. Today (Friday) is my day off from work. I work a little later each business day, so I can have every other Friday off. Often I end up bringing work home. At least I can do the laundry and look out the window every now and then, in the midst of working on legal files. Tomorrow Bruce will take a test to get a higher grade ham radio license so he can talk to people high frequency- internationally; passing a Morse code test is no longer required. We will go camping on the Rim in about two weeks to check out the wildflowers. Enjoy your experiences in China!
